Hypotheker became market leader after Neurensics briefed the advertising agency

Hypotheker faced a big challenge when new laws obliged them to charge consumers – instead of banks – for their mortgage advice. Moreover they were third in market share value behind two big banks. Neurensics tested different sets of consumer targeted propositions and ad-concepts, and on the basis of those propositions the advertising agency that Hyptheker had contracted was tightly briefed. A completely new style of advertising was initiated, with clear-cut results: within a year Hypotheker surpassed the banks and became market leader as a mortgage intermediate.
