Steven Scholte is a senior lecturer at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), and an expert in the areas of visual perception, personality and intelligence. He studied psychology, philosophy and biology (cum laude) at the UvA and received his doctorate from the Interuniversitair Oogheelkundig Instituut (IOI-KNAW, 2003), a precursor to the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience (NIN-KNAW).
Dr. Scholte has vast extensive experience using MRI scanners for multiple purposes and has initiated the use of BOLD-MRI at several scan centers. Dr. Scholte teaches Neuroimaging at UvA.
