Victor is one of the founders of Neurensics and is a professor and brain researcher at the Department of Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. As Chief Science Officer (CSO), he monitors the validity of the techniques used by Neurensics. You may well have seen Victor somewhere at one of the many lectures he gives on neuromarketing and everything related to it. And maybe that's where his enthusiasm for this new application of brain science jumped out at you.
